Frequently asked questions

Common questions about submitting and tracking ideas.

Is this a procurement or tender process?+

No. Submitting an idea through this portal does not constitute a solicitation, invitation to tender, or any guarantee of evaluation or engagement. It is a structured channel to share ideas with NRS.

Do I need an account to submit?+

No. The submission form is open to the public and requires no login or registration. You will receive a unique reference number to track your submission.

How will I know my submission was received?+

On submission you will see a confirmation page with a unique reference number (e.g. EXT-2026-001) and receive an acknowledgement email within 60 seconds.

How do I check the status of my submission?+

Use the Track a Submission page and enter your reference number to see the current stage and the date it was reached.

Will my proposal and documents be kept confidential?+

Uploaded documents and submission details are stored securely and accessible only to authorised TPRF Secretariat and review team members, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).

What file types and sizes can I upload?+

You may upload up to 3 PDF files, each up to 20 MB. All files are scanned for malware before storage.

How long does the review take?+

Timelines vary by proposal complexity. The status tracker reflects the current stage, and you will be notified by email when the outcome is communicated.

Who can I contact for general enquiries?+

General enquiries can be directed to the TPRF Secretariat by email at tprf.secretariat@nrs.gov.ng.
