What we welcome
Ideas of any kind that could improve how NRS works or serves taxpayers — from process and service improvements to revenue, cost-saving, workplace, policy, and digital ideas.
What to prepare
A clear description of the problem or opportunity, your idea, and the value it would bring to NRS. You may attach up to three documents (PDF, PPTX, or DOCX), each up to 20 MB.
The review process
External submissions are first screened by the Secretariat for eligibility. Eligible submissions are routed into the governance review pipeline for evaluation and a final decision.
